Hadith #1: Muhammad bin Muslim asked Imam Baqir [as]: Can I marry an adulteress-born women? Imam [as] said: NO

Hadith #2: Muhammad bin Muslim asked Imam Baqir [as] or Imam Jafar [as] regading such a person who buy a slave-women or marry a non-pure (adulteress-born) women and take her for himself? Imam [as] said: If he’s not worried about his children for becoming defectious, then there is NO harm in it.

Hadith #3: Abdullah bin Sinan said: I asked Imam Jafar [as] regarding marriage with an adulteress-born women? Imam [as] said: YES but do not seek children from her.

Hadith #4: Muhammad bin Muslim said: I asked Imam Baqir [as] regarding a person can he marry an adulteress-born women? Imam [as] said: NO and said: If she is her slave-women with whom he had inter-course, then he must not make her a mother.

Hadith #5: Al Halabi from Imam Jafar [as]: he was asked regarding a person who had an adulteress born women-slave and wishes to have inter-course with her? Imam [as] said: NO he should remain away from her and that is more dearer to me.

Infallible Imam chewing gum during fast


محمد بن يحيى، عن محمد بن الحسين، عن علي بن الحكم، عن العلاء بن رزين، عن محمد بن مسلم قال: قال أبوجعفر (ع): يا محمد إياك أن تمضغ علكا فإني مضغت اليوم علكا وأنا صائم فوجدت في نفسي منه شيئا.

It has been narrated from Muhammad bin Muslim that Imam Baqir said:

O Muhammad : Avoid chewing gum, for I chewed gum today while I was fasting, and I observed its effect on my self.

Mirat ul Ukul, Vol. 16, p. 296

This has a serious implication, the Imam didn’t know that this act is makrooh, only after performing it, he came to know that it is makrooh, and the infallible imam performed a makrooh act as well.

Dispute between the infallibles and al-Majlisi lies about Taqqiyah


Bismillah,

The infallible having a dispute with the other infallible and al-Majlisi like all Shia scholars finds that the only escape is Taqqiyah.

The documents:

روضة المتقين في شرح من لا يحضره الفقيه، للمجلسي ج‏3، ص: 44 :
و في الصحيح، عن زرارة قال: كنت قاعدا عند أبي جعفر عليه السلام و ليس عنده غير ابنه جعفر عليه السلام فقال: يا زرارة إن أبا ذر و عثمان تنازعا على عهد رسول الله صلى الله عليه و آله و سلم فقال عثمان كل مال من ذهب أو فضة يدار به و يعمل به فيتجر به ففيه الزكاة إذا حال عليه الحول، فقال أبو ذر (أما- خ ل) ما يتجر به أو دير و عمل به فليس فيه زكاة، إنما الزكاة فيه إذا كان ركازا أو كنزا موضوعا، فإذا حال عليه الحول ففيه الزكاة فاختصما في ذلك إلى رسول الله صلى الله عليه و آله و سلم قال فقال: القول ما قاله أبو ذر،
فقال أبو عبد الله عليه السلام لأبيه عليه السلام، ما تريد إلا أن تخرج مثل هذا فيكف الناس أن يعطفوا على فقرائهم و مساكينهم؟
فقال: إليك عني لا أجد منها بدا.

Rawdat al-Muttaqeen fi Sharh man la Yahduruhu al-Faqeeh vo.3 pg.44:

[In the Sahih, from Zurarah that he said: I was sitting with abu Ja’far (as) at his place, and there was no one present except his son Ja’far (as), so he said: “O Zurarah, abu Dharr and ‘Uthman disputed during the days of the Prophet (SAWS), ‘Uthman said: All money from gold or silver that the people use and work with in trade, they must pay Zakat for it if one year passes. abu Dharr replied: The money you work with in trade and such then you must not pay Zakat from it, but if it was stored and unused and one year passes then one must pay its Zakat. So they went to the Prophet (SAWS) to solve their dispute and he told them: the saying of abu Dharr is correct.”

abu ‘Abdullah Ja’far (as) said to his father al-Baqir (as): “Why would you bring something like this up? How will the Muslims have kindness and sympathy for the poor and weak among them?”
al-Baqir (as) replied: “Stay away from me, I found it obligatory!”]

al-Majlisi said in his commentary:

الظاهر أن منازعتهما صلوات الله عليهما كان لإسكات العامة بأن يقولوا إن ابنه نازع معه و لم يقبل منه لأنه ما يقول إلا ما نقل، عن آبائه عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه و آله و سلم عن الله عز و جل. أ.هـ

“What is apparent is that their dispute may peace be upon them was to silence the ‘Amah(Sunnies) so that they may say: He quarreled with him and did not accept from him as he only reports what he heard from his fathers from the Prophet (SAWS) from Allah (swt).”

Comment:

The report says it was only al-Baqir and Zurarah and al-Sadiq in the house, no Sunnies were present so they can silence them, unless they’re taking acting lessons in a theater.

‘Infallable’ Imams lied upon the Prophet of Allah (saw)?


بسم الله الرحمن الرحیم

Can ‘Infallable’ Imams lie upon the Prophet of Allah (saw)?

We see alot, the shia scholars reject their own Ahadeeth by saying they are from Taqqiya and not acceptable. The shia claim that the Imams did Taqqiyah because their lives were in danger.

However, when we see these Ahadeeth that they reject, in most cases they are not said under Taqqiyah of Fear, meaning there were no threats to their life.

Even if there was fear, for example the ‘Infallable’ Imam feared that he would be killed. But didn’t the ‘infallable’ Imams read the glorious Quran? Didn’t they know about the verses of Quran?

Lets see what the Quran says:

الْيَوْمَ يَئِسَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا مِن دِينِكُمْ فَلَا تَخْشَوْهُمْ وَاخْشَوْنِ ۚ الْيَوْمَ أَكْمَلْتُ لَكُمْ دِينَكُمْ وَأَتْمَمْتُ عَلَيْكُمْ نِعْمَتِي وَرَضِيتُ لَكُمُ الْإِسْلَامَ دِينًا ۚ فَمَنِ اضْطُرَّ فِي مَخْمَصَةٍ غَيْرَ مُتَجَانِفٍ لِّإِثْمٍ ۙ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ

This day those who disbelieve have despaired of [defeating] your religion; so fear them not, but fear Me. This day I have perfected for you your religion and completed My favor upon you and have approved for you Islam as religion.But whoever is forced by severe hunger with no inclination to sin – then indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful. [Quran 5:3]

In the above verse, Allah (swt) explicitly orders us to fear him only, not the disblievers. In this site (islamtxt.net) we proved that the ‘infallable’ Imams were in so much Taqqiyah that they even denied their own Imamate.

We are going to bring narrations in which the ‘Infallable’ Imams explicitly did Taqqiyah when answering the questions of people and even said that it is also the view of the Messenger of Allah (saw).

Now the question arises, if the ‘infallable’ Imams were living in fear, why didn’t they just keep slient? Didn’t the ‘infallable’ know that giving wrong answer would further misguide the questioner and the people?

As we all know telling lies upon the Messenger of Allah (saw) is Haram, and the one who does it, his place is the hell fire.

من كذب علي متعمدا فليتبوأ مقعده من النار
Whoever tells lies about me deliberately, let him take his place in Hell. [Agreed Upon]

Now we are going to quote the shia Ahadeeth in which the ‘Infallable’ Imams lied upon the Prophet of Allah(saw).

نجم الدين الطبسي – ص 48

التهذيب ” وعنه علي بن الحسن بن فضال – ، عن يعقوب بن يزيد ، عن أبي همام ، عن أبي الحسن (عليه السلام ) قال : صام رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم يوم عاشوراء “.

وثقه المجلسي فقال : “موثق ” وحمله المحقق القمي وغيره على التقية

Abi Al-hasan (as) says that the Messenger of Allah (saw) used to fast on the day of Ashura.

Majlisi confirmed the narration but they say it was said under Taqqiyah. What does it mean? It means the messenger of Allah (saw) didn’t do such thing but since the Imam was living in fear, he lied upon the messenger of Allah (saw).

The other narration is in: تهذیب الاحکام باب ضروب النکاح ص252
A narration from Zaid bin Ali from Ali (ra) with Saheeh Sanad that the messenger of Allah (saw) forbade eating domestic donkeys and the Nikah of Muta.

What the shia scholars say? It was said in Taqqiyah, meaning the messenger of Allah (saw) didn’t say those words but the ‘infallable’ Imam lied upon the Prophet (saw).

Now we ask the readers can ‘infallable’ Imam lie upon the Prophet (saw)? Isn’t the place of the person in hell who lies upon the Prophet (saw)? Is lying not against the ‘infallabality’?

Note: We Ahl-Sonnat don’t believe that Imam Jafar (ra) or any other Imams lied upon the Messenger of Allah (saw). We are just showing how the shia scholars accuse the Imams (rah) of lying upon the Messenger of Allah (saw).
