Hadith #1: Muhammad bin Muslim asked Imam Baqir [as]: Can I marry an adulteress-born women? Imam [as] said: NO

Hadith #2: Muhammad bin Muslim asked Imam Baqir [as] or Imam Jafar [as] regading such a person who buy a slave-women or marry a non-pure (adulteress-born) women and take her for himself? Imam [as] said: If he’s not worried about his children for becoming defectious, then there is NO harm in it.

Hadith #3: Abdullah bin Sinan said: I asked Imam Jafar [as] regarding marriage with an adulteress-born women? Imam [as] said: YES but do not seek children from her.

Hadith #4: Muhammad bin Muslim said: I asked Imam Baqir [as] regarding a person can he marry an adulteress-born women? Imam [as] said: NO and said: If she is her slave-women with whom he had inter-course, then he must not make her a mother.

Hadith #5: Al Halabi from Imam Jafar [as]: he was asked regarding a person who had an adulteress born women-slave and wishes to have inter-course with her? Imam [as] said: NO he should remain away from her and that is more dearer to me.
