Ayatullah Sistani’s research center is a den of thieves

Bismillah,

This Fatwa is taken from Sistani’s official “Center of Belief Researches”, a misguided Shia from Bahrain called Hussein sends his Question to Sistani’s scholars:

Question:

al-Salamu ‘Aleykum wa Rahmatullah wa Barakatuhu,

My question is on Khums, I sent several questions on khums and I add to them:
((And know that anything you obtain of war booty – then indeed, for Allah is one fifth of it and for the Messenger and for [his] near relatives and the orphans, the needy, and the [stranded] traveler, if you have believed in Allah…))
More than one side receives Khums, so what do we do with the Khums of Allah? does it mean the intention of offering Khums?
As for the other sides they have been separated to several sides so how can we restrict it(khums) only in the Imam and the Sayyeds?
with thanks,

ANSWER:

Respected brother Hussein,
al-Salamu ‘Aleykum wa Rahmatullah wa Barakatuhu,

The verse mentioned six sides which the Khums covers, the first three go to the Imam, and they are the share of Allah and the share of the Prophet and of his close relatives, as for the other three sides they go to the Sayyeds, what is meant by the orphans, the needy, and the stranded travelers are the Sayyeds.

May Allah always protect you.

Comment:

Now the Shia scholars wearing the black turbans can take the share of the Imams so they take the share of the first three sides, and then they also take the shares of the Orphans and the needy and the stranded travelers LoooooL!!!!!!!

Dispute between the infallibles and al-Majlisi lies about Taqqiyah

Bismillah,

The infallible having a dispute with the other infallible and al-Majlisi like all Shia scholars finds that the only escape is Taqqiyah.

The documents:

Rawdat al-Muttaqeen fi Sharh man la Yahduruhu al-Faqeeh vo.3 pg.44:

[In the Sahih, from Zurarah that he said: I was sitting with abu Ja’far (as) at his place, and there was no one present except his son Ja’far (as), so he said: “O Zurarah, abu Dharr and ‘Uthman disputed during the days of the Prophet (SAWS), ‘Uthman said: All money from gold or silver that the people use and work with in trade, they must pay Zakat for it if one year passes. abu Dharr replied: The money you work with in trade and such then you must not pay Zakat from it, but if it was stored and unused and one year passes then one must pay its Zakat. So they went to the Prophet (SAWS) to solve their dispute and he told them: the saying of abu Dharr is correct.”

abu ‘Abdullah Ja’far (as) said to his father al-Baqir (as): “Why would you bring something like this up? How will the Muslims have kindness and sympathy for the poor and weak among them?”
al-Baqir (as) replied: “Stay away from me, I found it obligatory!”]

al-Majlisi said in his commentary:

أ.هـ

“What is apparent is that their dispute may peace be upon them was to silence the ‘Amah(Sunnies) so that they may say: He quarreled with him and did not accept from him as he only reports what he heard from his fathers from the Prophet (SAWS) from Allah (swt).”

Comment:

The report says it was only al-Baqir and Zurarah and al-Sadiq in the house, no Sunnies were present so they can silence them, unless they’re taking acting lessons in a theater.

Salam,

Ali (ra) is the ‘beast’ and the Shia are the flocks

Bismillah,

This is the Tafseer taken from the most important Shia book of Tafseer by their scholar al-‘Ayyashi…

al-TabaTabaei himself said in the intro of his book of Tafseer:
“The best book we inherited from among them is the one attributed to our Sheikh al-‘Ayyashi may Allah have mercy on him, it is a valuable book.”

and he said:
“It is certainly the best book compiled since ancient times in this domain, the most reliable of what we inherited from the scholars from the books of Tafseer with narration. As for the book, the scholars have taken it with acceptance since eleven centuries without criticizing it even slightly.”

SO

Regarding the first verse of Surat al-Maeda:

{Permitted to you is the beast of the flocks} [5:1]

al-Mufaddal said: I asked al-Sadiq (as) about the saying of Allah: “Permitted to you is the beast of the flocks” He (as) said: “The beast here is the Wali(Imam) and the cattle are the believers(Shia).”

source: Tafseer al-‘Ayyashi 1/290.

I know from Shia narrations that ‘Ali (ra) is described as a mosquito, and now he’s being described as a beast? an animal of grazing livestock?

Subhanallah! How stupid is this explanation?

Astaghferullah! Ayazubillah!

Shia praying in the mosques of the Muslims

Shia praying in the mosques of the Muslims: A sign of hope or hopelessness !?

Written by the ex-Shia, our respected Sheikh ‘Abdul-Malik al-Shafi’i under the original title of “Salat al-Shia fi Masajid al-Muslimeen”, translation done by Hani al-Tarabulsi al-Shafi’i on March/18/2012.

Preface:

In the name of God the merciful and gracious,

The researchers of Islamic sects in our days and those interested in researching the Shia sects in specific will observe the positive image some of these sects try to paint for themselves, the Twelver Shia sect is no different and the image they try to sell in the west is that of a truthful loving sect that works hard towards Islamic unity. When we take a closer look at the position of the Shia concerning the congregational prayer alongside the rest of the Muslims, we find that the early and late Shia scholars present some pretty descent material, discussing the brotherhood between Muslims and bridging the gaps and uniting the nation, they say that their Imams ordered them to pray together in congregation with the rest of the Muslims in the “Sunni” mosques, they will say that the Shia who prays next to the Sunni in a Sunni mosque will be rewarded.

The Shia scholars have adopted this attitude and they openly declare it permissible for their followers to pray in congregation with the Muslims and this is indeed a positive step that they think will lessen or reduce the amount of attacks and accusations they usually receive such as them being labeled Takfeeris that make Takfeer on all non-Twelvers, or the accusation of them being hypocrites who only display a peaceful image on the outside but on the inside they hide ill-will and hatred towards all those who differ with them.

In order to know the truth of the matter I have resolved to conduct this study, based on what the Shia scholars say in their books and on the narrations they transmitted from their Imams. The result of this study will show whether this beautiful image the Shia displayed to the rest of the Muslims is true and they should be praised for it, or a fake negative image they use only to hide their hatred for the Muslims.

The Myth of Ja’afari Madhab

The truth behind of  the Jafari Madhab. Shiites claim they follow Imam Jafar Sadiq (may Allah have mercy on him) but reality is they have got no evidence for their claim. Imam jafar (rah) is free of Shiism and he was one of the scholars of AhlulSonnah.

Myth of Jafari Doctrine.

Sheikh Ahmad Deedat exposing Shia

See how a grand Shiite scholar lies upon Sheikh Ahmed Deedat (rah). If their top scholars are liars then what can we expect from their followers?
